- If you chose to stay here, you’ll be ideally placed 30 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the beach in the North.
- The property is ideal for winter as it features underfloor heating
- A great one for the tennis players amongst us, the property features a full sized tennis court and a table tennis table.
- The wifi connection can be accessed throughout the villa, terraces and gardens
- The villa is ideal for large groups as villa Can Gelat Dalt can be accessed from the property through a path. Also a 5 bedroom property. Each property also has a separate entrance
- Complimentary pool heating (up to 25ºC, temperature not guaranteed)
Things to know
- If you’re looking to be by the beach, this isn’t the property for you. Although you may be able to see the sea from the property, the drive is around 30 minutes to the closest beach
- There is a path that connects this property to Can Gelat Dalt
- The tennis court is shared between the two properties
- Beds can be set up as either twin (90cm) or doubles (180cm)
- The property has a great layout with the main living area and terrace opening up to bring the outside in and vice versa

The island’s main attractions, including beaches, hiking trails and cycling routes, are all within easy reach. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are just 30 minutes away.
The villa is decorated with unique hand-picked items, works of art from around the world and a style that mixes modern luxury with Mediterranean charm; five en-suite bedrooms; comfortable Schramm beds with crisp cotton linen; high-quality towels; fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen with La Cornue stove; balcony with lounge set; pool table; lounge area with big-screen HDTV; air conditioning in all rooms; underfloor heating; covered terrace with large dining table; pool; wooden decked terrace; lounge corner; shared tennis court with Can Gelat Dalt; table tennis and natural stone benches.

Once you get in the door you can just settle in and make the most of your luxury villa, heated pool, tennis court and lovely home prepared food. From restaurant reservations to massages the villa staff can arrange anything.
Cycling Camp: The Can Gelat Villas make a wonderful base for luxury training camps and with the Platinum Cycling Package your every needs are catered for, so you can focus on clocking up the kilometres. When you’re not on the saddle you can enjoy the beautiful villa surroundings or knock a ball around the tennis court, a dip in the heated pool or round the table with exquisite food and drink freshly prepared by the villa chef.

- 60 days or more prior arrival: 30% deposit forfeited.
