Overall a great experience! The property was big and beautiful while the landscaping was also really nice. The house itself was clean and fresh. Plenty of space for us (6 adults and 2 kids). The city center is a bit of a walk but we preferred to be in a quieter area, just outside the city limits. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. The house has all you could possibly need for a week. The pictures are nice but I think in reality the house and view is even better. Would definitely book again!A minor problem was the dishwasher, could be better. It could also explain why some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty upon arrival. A couple people thought the matrass was a bit hard, I didnt mind it however.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa, Prestige were so communicative and helpful. The villa is beautiful, clean and the restaurant nearby is a must visit! Had a wonderful week and would defiantly recommend!

The villa was in a great location, a 10 minute walk to the sea and a few minutes drive to puerta pollenca, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa was spacious and had a lot of amenities available, the air con was amazing especially for the children in the heat of the day. The pool was a good size and was cleaned mid week and there was a light clean and towel change also mid week. The only thing I would mention is the prevalence of ants, you have to make sure all food is sealed and rubbish removed quickly as the ants managed to get into everything. Apart from that we had an amazing stay and would definitely look to book again.

The villa is beautiful, which cannot be faulted at all. It's exactly as listed and the level of service is of a higher standard than typically received elswhere. Very clear communication with the hosts before arrival including directions etc. Alovely welcome back and a visit from the host a day after to ensure we had settled in well, as well as some further tips for the area. The villa was clean and well presented with all that could be required. We initially had a slightly weak air-con system (which is in every room in the villa). But this is not to highlight a negative, but instead that an electrician was sent within 2 hours to have it back up to full power. The service was outstanding. The location is in theory walking distance to Port de Pollenca, but reality is that this would be difficult several times a day and with shopping etc. So a car is needed. This should come as no surprise though, as it's the natural trade off that should be expected when you have a plot as

Overall the stay was great and we were very happy with the villa and the location. A couple of points for improvement: 1. It was nice to receive the welcome pack but it would also have been great if some essentials were provided - salt, pepper,some milk perhaps. 2. Lovely villa exactly as described and perfect location - quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes from the beach and port. Excellent service from villa management over a few minor issues resolved pretty much immediately without any fuss. Excellentcommunication from start to finish. Absolutely recommend Prestige Villas.

Very relaxing modern and secure. It was very private and well equipped. plenty of room for all even though we did not take children it would have been very suitable for families. it was comfortable and well maintained. It was just a little bit farout but we were warned and taxis were reasonable. it was a little difficult arriving late at night as no lights had been left on.

Second trip to this villa, first visit back in 2014 and just returned from a two-week stay. Had a fabulous time. Its located a few miles from the main port de Pollensa and so benefits from the peace but near enough to get to the beach andrestaurants if you fancy. The accommodation is lovely, very spacious and clean. The pool had been updated since our last visit. Can't fault this, hope to return!

This is a lovely villa, which was superbly suited to our family. The location was ideal for us too. It is just South of Port de Pollensa. There are a few other properties nearby, but sufficiently far away that we didn't have to worry about the noisethe children made in the swimming pool. It is possible to walk to the beach and the centre of Port de Pollensa, but it is a fair stretch, and we only ever did it in the car. The villa itself was clean, airy and very well equipped. In addition to the fresh bedding and towels expected, there were more towels for use with the pool. The pool was the right size for the grandchildren with plenty of room for them, but not so big that they were intimidated by it. Prestige Villas left a nice little welcome package for us, with a few essentials to get us going such as dishwasher tablets etc. They also supplied a handy folder with essential information about the villa, local services and the area. The villa was excellent - well equipped, everything worked well, and it was comfortable and spacious. Best property of our three trips to Mallorca so far and I would book next time as a result. Airconditioning, wifi, well-kitted kitchen, beautifulswimming pool - everything you need for a good villa break. The service of the company - Prestige Villas - was also excellent: timely, useful, clear communications and great to have a friendly visit early to check everything was OK. We took up a tip they gave us to visit a beach café - which was amazing. Other notes: - Great location - Port Pollensa's great restaurants and lovely Pine Walk seat front beyond them are a 5-minute drive or a nice walk. Within about a mile or so is a lovely beach bar. - Alcudia's not far too - good restaurants etc. - If you arrive on Saturday, head to Pollensa town for the market on Sunday - a real treat and good for stocking up on food. - Ideal if you like outdoor sports - cheap bike hire (good road and mo
