Who are Prestige Villas?

Good question and one we enjoy to answer. Prestige Villas are an estate agent based in North Mallorca specialising in both rentals and sales of fincas, apartments, villas and plots. We are an international team of 6 offering a personalised and professional service to each and every one of our clients in Spanish, Catalan, English, German or French. What benefits are there by booking through Prestige Villas rather than booking directly with the owner.

With an international team working here at Prestige Villas we’ve combined our expectations and standards to meet what our clients expect. We have a dedicated team on hand if you need assistance and will go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Are Prestige Villas a member of ABTA?

In a word, no. That’s not to say we don’t offer you assurance when you book with us as all our reservations and covered under Spanish law. We offer our clients the opportunity to pay by credit card with no additional charge, which also offers piece of mind.

Are hair dryer, towels and linen included?

All our properties include a hairdryer, bath and hand towels. Most of our properties also include pool towels. Towels are laundered mid week and bed linen which is laundered weekly.

When do I have to pay?

Many of our properties are available to book directly online by credit card or if you prefer, you can make a bank transfer. In order to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of between 25-30%. The remaining is due to months prior to arrival. For the properties that are not directly bookable online, we must send an enquiry and once available we can process your booking online.

What if I need a cot and a high chair?

If you’ve got a little one in your party then just let us know and we’ll make sure we have a cot and high chair set up for you. One cot and high chair can be provided at no additional charge.

Will there be a welcome pack?

For your comfort, we leave a bottle of water, crisps and biscuits in the villa for your arrival. We can also provide a fuller Deluxe Welcome Pack for 90 Euros, to find out more: Click here .

What to do if there are any problems while I am there?

We offer an assistance phone out of office hours and provide necessary contact numbers in our information folder which you will find in your villa.

Check in / check out times? Are they flexible?

By the book our check in time is 3.00pm and check out is 10.00am. Depending on our schedule we can be flexible with check in/out times so long as the housekeepers have plenty of time to prepare the villa for our next guests. If you need to arrange an alternative check-in or check-out time then please speak to one of the team.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel, we must have a confirmation of this in writing as soon as possible. The following charges will be payable depending on the time the notification of the cancellation is received: 60 days or more prior arrival: deposit forfeited. Within 59 days of arrival date: 100% of total booking cost forfeited.

What services are included in the rental price?

All our properties will have a pre-arrival clean which will be checked by one of our team. There is also a light mid-week clean and change of towels. Some properties offer more hours of cleaning service and this will be stated in the property description. Extra cleaning is also available on request. Linen is included in all our properties but is advisable to bring beach towels and cot linen. We also provide a meet and greet service where one of our team will come to visit you once you have arrived to make sure you have settled in alright and give you recommendations on what’s best to do in the area.

Do I pay a breakage deposit?

We do not request you to pay a breakage deposit but we do require a credit card authorisation that allows us to charge the cost of any damage or repaid to your card. In the event of a breakage we will be in touch with you.
